Product UX: Officeworks Education Back 2 School 2023-24

With leadership, I spearheaded the comprehensive Back to School initiative for Officeworks Education Team. This involved a deep dive into existing user research, alignment with business objectives, consideration of technical implications, and understanding internal design team priorities. Through collaborative efforts, we crafted tailored solutions to meet the peak education shopping demands of customers for the years 2023-24. 
Employing the Officeworks Double Diamond methodology, we meticulously mapped out our strategy and worked closely with the team to ensure its effective execution.

The comprehensive UX Advocacy Thoughts report was commissioned by our internal team lead, who is dedicated to driving insights across ecosystems and fostering service-oriented thinking. Its impact is manifold:
1. It proposed innovative interaction design patterns to enhance user experience and  
    introduced fresh visual design elements.
2. By emphasizing the significance of customer-centricity and holistic product and service 
    integration over mere feature updates, it facilitated sustained engagement with UX 
    services.
3. Timely identification and resolution of complex discussions regarding UX 
    implementation across various stakeholders, including leadership, business, 
    development, and product management, were facilitated.
4. The feedback presented in the report prompted crucial decisions by business 
    stakeholders, leading to its consideration in future iterations and funding allocations.
